Have been busy with work, camping, and doing some mods to our 395. Will try to get some pics up soon. Got everything mounted, stereo installed , lights installed, and kayak rack made but still have to make a bicycle rack.

So, why not do a short camping trip at Christmas, but depending where you live, don't forget to pack the snow shovel! Where I live, I only have to watch out for Snowbirds, not that strange white fluffy stuff.

I know what (or who) comes under that heading "have to take". If you were nice you would let them ride in the truck

Made a pvc kayak rack to carry 4 kayaks in the toy hauler part. And now have to make a bike rack to get 5 to 6 bikes in. Don't have room for many more toys. Guess we will need a bigger toy hauler. Lol

I just want the versatility...normally if im taking all the bikes/or kayaks Its not a razr/dirt bike kinda trip.....I also have a street bike that would be cool to take like when I was up in montanna/south dakota....could even put the golf cart in the back and just make a bike mount on the pinbox like others have....only negative I see is I will miss my beloved outside kitchen........

That's why we went from a 5er to a toy hauler. A way for everyone to have a bed and a way to carry everything. It has worked good so far. 5 of us at the beach for a week with kayaks and bicycles. And our youngest is 18 so needed the room.
