Question for Bullet Bob or Jamiller

Not sure if paid attention to this before. Along top of my roof when the rubber folds over the edge there are bubbles in rubber along where the gutter track meets the rubber roof. I also noticed that the roof seems to be raised in spots like the wood underneath the rubber is up in places. Here are a couple pics. Didn't know if this is something I should be concerned about or not. Also do they staple the plywood down or do they screw it. Thanks.

Looking at it in these pictures I don't see anything that would concern me. You also mentioned the roof seams appear to be raised in spots. Any chance of getting pictures of that. Also send me your last 6 numbers of your VIN.

Here are a couple of other angles. Anyways where you see the high spots the rubber is stretching and I can also feel where the staples are. This is all over in different spots from front to back. I sent pics to my service guy at dealer and he forwarded them to his FR rep and they said get it in to a dealer and get fixed. The rep said they did have a bad run of staples not hold in the flashing. Rep said they would have to pull off side rails and pull rubber up and resecure the flashing down. I took a look again and I don't feel any flashing under there. I feel the edge of roof deck and walls with a gap in between. My vin is 159865. Any info or help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

I forgot to add that some of the decking that has come up is sticking out farther than the wall.

Hey John,

I am having the same issue on my 395AMP. The flashing under the roof membrane that is coming un-stapled and lifting the membrane off the roof. I'll be taking this in to the dealer in a couple weeks.

How did the repair turn out?

I have an appointment to take in next week. I hope they fix it right so I don't have to worry about it anymore. If they would just use screws in the factory and do it right the first time there would be less problems. Its all over in different spots, so there going to have to pretty much do a complete roof job.
