Does the motor make noise at all? Fuse? We need more details.

What B said (30 amp fuse), it is pinned in place. Checking to see if plugged in is an easy check (lot easier if down

There is a good trouble shoot guide in the back of the manual for your system

when you press the button you don't hear any relays click and the motors don't make any sound. it appears to be a loss of power issue. I checked the fuses with a meter and they are all good. is there a cut off switch I don't know about?

On the ceiling just above the motor is the brain, there are two red plugs, unplug them and turn them over. Some times that works. Next to the brain you will see a hole in the ceiling panel with wires passing through it. Pull the wires out of the hole and make sure the two connections are tight. You also have limit switches on the curb side rear leg. Make sure nothing has fallen inside the leg assembly and tripped it. Also on the brain and the wall switch is a phone cord. Make sure that it is plugged in as well. Hope this helps

This happened in my 24 several times as pillows would bump that red plug going into the motor. It was tough to reach but a slight wiggle and it would be right back working.

Check the extra mounting point for the second bed. It slides up and down inside the track. If i remember it is the rear track on the right. If it is stuck and cannot move down it has stopped on the stop switch. Just move it and try a spray lube on it.
