I received a letter from FR Saturday telling me to have gaskets on the front marker lamps installed at a FR dealer. Anyone else receive a letter?

were they siliconed all the way around to begin with ?
Just wondering since when I replaced all my marker lights with led units they were siliconed 100% all the way around but no gaskets behind them .

Looks like they are except for a small slot on the bottom. I think the best thing to do is silicon the lights and call it good.

Thats what I did to mine after I replaced them. Even tho thats how they were from the factory .

Yes we did but the dealer said we were ok on our particular unit. We have bigger issues so it's at the dealership for other things.

We just received a phone call today about the recall, and they are mailing the gaskets to us...hopefully we can install them ourselves.
