Solar panel

I'm looking at getting a small solar panel just to keep some charge on the batteries during the day so I don't have to run the gen any suggestions on size?

Just to keep the bats up, a 100 watt panel and 20amp MPPT controller would probably do. With a 20amp controller, you can add more panels if you want...and you will. If you are like most others, once you find out first hand how well solar works, you will add more panels. Plan ahead and get a controller that will handle more panels. Check out Renogy Solar on Amazon. They have all you need AND great customer service IMHO.
