Mine in the bedroom sticks, but I can't check on the single/double pane for a few days. I probably have only tried to open that one bedroom window on the curb side other than the emergency windows as FI did.

If you can go to a Bass Pro or Cabellas get you a stick of Bow Wax and try that.
I have a stick that I used for my bow and crossbow. I have used it on drawer tracks, sticky windows, boot zippers, etc...

Steve (PH, too) does the double pane have two lock releases; one on each side that you have to push towards each other, then lift while pushing?

If the wax don't work, I'm going to have to breakout some stainless steel and make something like this. And, add one to each lock release.

Ours are the same. A pain in the ---. Several years ago at the FROG Rally I asked a FR rep if anyone else had this problem. Not that he knew of, oh well.
