Switch on 24HFS?

Their are 3 switches together maybe 6 inches from the water and heater switch. One goes to the rear lights, the other to my gas pump. What is the third switch? Is their some type of heat pad under the trailer for winter use? Maybe that would be the switch.

One for gas and one for electric water heater?
Mine is like that, water pump, electric and then gas for the water heater.

So does this outlook look similar. We are out camping plugged to electrical outlets. Had no hot water. I tried these 3 switches but not sure I gave it ample time to heat before turning on gas. I imagine electrical heat takes more time to get the water hot

Looks like gas only for the water heater.

3rd switch

The third switch is to activate the heat pads for your tanks if you have the arctic package. If you do not have the arctic package it may just be blank.

When you are plugged in you can switch your water heater to electric. The switch is located by your water heater outside behind the water heater door.

Mountain man. One last question. So if I want electric heat, do I turn the heater switch on inside as well as the outside switch u mentioned. How does the unit know to use gas or electric if so?

Forgive me if chiming here is rude of me, but it is my understanding that the WH switch inside is to run it on gas and the outside for 110vac. So, to run on 110vac, you would only turn the switch to on, on the outside. I try to remember to turn it off (outside) when breaking camp, in case the WH might be empty (if I drain it) and I connect to 110vac and forget the switch is on.

Soonersalt, sorry I didn't get back to you as I left for work. Its as Wolfwhistle said; you always want to make sure you have water in your heater when that switch is on.The electric element will burn out in minutes if left on in a dry state.
