The patio plus other slides and ramp would mean on would need 40 acres MOL to park it?

Think of the side deck being no different in the room you would need to put your awning out

The last two places I've stayed it wouldn't have worked. It is a beautiful rig, though.

Yeah, there are places you just can't lower a hard platform down but you could roll out an awning.

I always thought a couple of lawn chairs under the awning was sufficient. Guess I'm old school.
