The patio plus other slides and ramp would mean on would need 40 acres MOL to park it?

Think of the side deck being no different in the room you would need to put your awning out

The last two places I've stayed it wouldn't have worked. It is a beautiful rig, though.

Yeah, there are places you just can't lower a hard platform down but you could roll out an awning.
I always thought a couple of lawn chairs under the awning was sufficient. Guess I'm old school.

If I was full timing, this would be the one! Truck matching full body paint option.... cool! DW saw the big frige and the kitchen counters and actually said "wow", that's doing something. I'm going out to buy lottery tickets, winning is my retirement plan.
Thanks, TF for posting! Darn you!

Those designers they have at the XLR factory ought to be getting big bonuses!! They just keep coming out with more interesting floorplans every year. When I bought my 35x12 I thought it was great. The following year they come out with the 380 AMP and I absolutely craved that unit. Wife just told me on our last trip this wasn't going to be our last rig, because I picked out the floor plan and she doesn't really like it. This after 3 years????????? Well, she does like the 380 and would get her second bathroom back (his and hers). Just can't swing the deal they want to give me, because they depreciate mine so bad. Sure would love the upgrade though. Where did I read about winning the lottery??????

I live 90 miles from 007RV and they couldn't come close to JeffCouch RV I have tried to buy twice from them and couldn't get close. I stopped by and got information on several Toy haulers from them and the sales person wouldn't even walk out side told me if I had any questions come back in.
I left after walking around for 2 hours by myself I called back twice with questions and had to keep calling and when I told them I had a trade then the price that I was given was the price with the line through it and low balled my trade which is a 2015 XLR 29HFS.

Thanks for the advice, but RV 007 is the deal I can't take. They have my exact unit I want, but the hit they want me to take on depreciation is just too steep for me. Too close to retirement to take on a 12- 15 year loan payment. And I tried Jeff Couch, but they wouldn't even talk to me about a trade. Said to sell mine privately because they were basically a wholesaler and didn't want my 4 year old XLR. Said they couldn't resell it because their prices on new were as good as price for my used???

That part is true Mighty Mike. You simply can't beat their prices at Couch's. However they are a volume dealer and may or may not take trades. They took ours and gave us a good price because they knew they could turn it over quick. I highly recommend them.
