thunderbolt roof insulation type

im a newbie here, but not to 5'ers (this will be my 4th) looking at a new thunderbolt xlr purchase, but i cant find one source for how the roof is constructed & insulated. any input welcome, i've already experienced the night mare of a 40' 2007 Weekend Warrior, with there 10 inch wide 2 inch thick strip of batten glass in a 15 inch wide by 4 inch deep void (and i'm not willing to repeat going in blind again), add a snow load to the 1x4 wood rafter flat roof with a/c ducting cut outs, made for a late fall high Sierra hunting trip disaster (partial roof collapse), replaced with a new roof, but its time for a new trailer, we have seen the hidden shortcuts that were made, and i don't have the time or patients to address them all. i have already said good by to the coach, trying to be a little more informed before making another 80K+ purchase (after tax)
