tire pressure

Hi folks,

I imagine this topic has been beat to death, but I'm wondering if someone can tell me what tire pressure i should be running on my 2011 27HFS. The tires are ST225/75 R15.

My bike weighs approximately 750-800 lbs and I'm planning on travelling with the fresh water tank 1/2 full.
