transfer switch location

I have a 2013 XLR Viper 305V14. I have not used the generator until now and cannot find the power transfer switch. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks! Is it inside, outside? I've looked everywhere. By the way do you have to operate the switch or should it be automatic. My genny runs but I cannot get power to anything. Thanks again...

I am talking about a battery cut off switch and remote starter switch... we might be talking about two different things. I would think the transfer switch would be hidden inside of maybe the converter location. The transfer from shore to generator would be automatic. Have you located your remote start switch? Is your generator factory installed? I have seen owner installed generators that require plugging the "shore" power cable into the generator set.

I thought of something else. I assume you aren't plugged into shore power when you are testing? Although, I can't see why that would matter.

I contacted our warrany rep at FR... we have a good one in my opinion!
Clint,
Good morning~ computers were down this morning L
Tell your friend that if he opens up the door side front compartment and unscrews the panel that runs side to side he will see the silver box (transfer switch) in the corner.
Regards,
Diane

Mine is under the bed. I have to remove the mattress and flip up a plywood panel near the water heater. It is fully automatic as long as you are only using the generator OR shore power (not both). There may be a fuse inside the switch case.

You should have a factor installed Ginny, sounds like the breaker on your genny might be flipped you have to take front panel off the genny and flip the breaker on the genny.
