If it is TPO (likely given the age) soap and water or if is stubborn dirty a diluted mix of Simple Green, make sure to wet the side walls and keep them hosed off. I use Aerospace 303 Protectant on mine to help keep the dirt down, I can rinse it off a couple of times a year.
