TV Bed Foundation

Underneath my RV bed mattress is a plywood base with rough edges. These rough edges tend to snag the bed sheets. Does anyone have a solution?

Go to any of the fabric sales places, buy a cheap fabric that feels durable, staple and glue in place. Also, sand the roughest spots down first.

For mine, I used the fiber/vinyl stuff you see on concert speakers. While I was at it, put some aluminum ribs on the underside of my base, as it bowed a lot whenever I lifted the mattress.

RB, I had all the 15/32 plywood out for a project / mod (unusual for me) and hit mine with some 180 grit on a DA sander (air driven) then painted it. It ain't real pretty, but doesn't snag. I insulated the bottoms, as well. It really isn't hard to remove.

The TV part had me scratching my head for a second.
