TV mount in nitro 24fqls

Planning on mounting a tv on the wall like shown in the xlr nitro brochure.
I can feel a stud about 12'' from the corner next to the refrigerator beneath
a trim strip. I assume I need to install a wall mount on that stud or is there
some additional structure in the wall so the mount can be shifted slightly to
the right? How long of a screw or lag bolt can be used ? Any recommendations
would be appreciated.

There's a spot for it lower in the wall in the middle at least on mine it's a 14 if you tap around on the wall you will tell there's a backer there just don't use a lag bolt that will go to the bathroom

Mine is a 2015 but built mid 2014. Where the trim strip is, feels solid with no flex about 1.5"? either side of that strip. That seems like the best place but it is a little too close to the corner for a 32" with the mount I have. Wish I had xray vision to know for sure. Maybe I need a different mount so I can hit that stud. I can feel something solid more towards the middle where you suggest but I have to depress the panel about 1/8" or more before I feel some structure.

Thanks for the info. I'll check that out tomorrow. I don't think I checked there yet. I need another mount. It's getting harder to find a new tv with an old vhs video input to match the factory av equipment. I did find and buy one at Sam's but it has a 100x200 mount or is it a 200x100. Whatever it is it's 90 degrees off what I need.

I too have a 2015 and I found a wall mount at Wal Mart. I found that for my case a 28" T.V. fit best. Have you'll done very many mods to your th yet? I think I am about done now.

Go to a hardware store and get a stud finder. It's a much better solution than "feel".

I've done all led lights and different shower curtain rod and shower head. Made my cabnet above the sink have a shelf and silverware elevated to give me more space and adding a fold up counter extension and put boom Matt in the gen compartment. Also installed a cig lighter plug where the tv is mounted cause I have a 12 volt TV

I tried using a stud finder but every time I touched it, it would go off!😀
