Afraid my roof was so hot (bare knees) that I could not stand it. Had to walk to my work spot then put down the blanket and kneeler.

I walk on mine to clean the vents, A/C unit and roof and I am not a little guy by far. I just make sure my shoes are clean when I am on it.
