Warranty Registration

Most require the serial #s etc. Tried calling XLR warranty dept - no one will call me back. Anyone have a way to get the #'s without tearing everything apart?? Most require that you return them within 10 days!!!

pin box "fifth wheel" tounge "travel trailer"
entry door "yellow" sticker
Title or registration

I guess I should have been more specific....for all of the manufacturers of the components. Do I not have to do that???

I didn't register any of my components. Maybe you should, but when I had an issue with my Dometic toilet, they asked me for the serial number and if I was the original owner. I provided the serial number and confirmed that I was the original owner and the customer service rep immediately went about setting up the replacement.

What's weird- some folks actually got a sheet of the appliances installed in their unit (model #) and serial number. I wish I had gotten one.

I don't have mine on hand to confirm, but I'm pretty sure the white sticker inside my pantry door listed all the serial #'s of all the parts (fridge, AC, etc...). Though, now that I think about it, that might have only been model #'s....

Anyways, it's a spot to check.

When we did our PDI, we were given a sheet with all of the s/n's of the various components. The dealer had put it together, but I'm thinking FR has that information, too, so as ependydad said, if you have a problem, all you have to do is furnish the VIN of the tt / 5er and somebody can cross-reference the component s/n's for you.
