Washer drain

Does anyone know how the washing machine drains are run on a 2013 XLR 395? I know if all grey tanks are closed and the cap is on the washing machine will back up and run into the garage area. With that does it mean the washing machine drain feeds into the main drain line after the tank valves? So I should be able to either open a grey water tank valve and it should drain into the tank with the final cap still on or I could hook up my blue tote and leave all the valves closed and the washing machine will drain into the blue tote. Hope this all makes sense, I just don't want to pull the bottom down to find out how the drain lines are run.

Washer drain does not go into any of your holding tanks. It is plumbed directly to the main dump line. If you are not hooked up to sewer and leave the dump valve open you can't use the washer. else it backs up, as it sounds like you found out.
