Water Pump

Going dry camping for first my first time in a couple of weeks. have 2010 29mbv toyhauler. Question: Is there a feature of the water pump to keep it from coming on if the water level is too low in tank to keep it from burning up the pump?

Short answer No. Most R/V pumps can run dry with No damage. Youroo!!
