What are these hoses near the front axle?

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what these two hoses are. One is blue pex and capped shortly after exiting the underbelly, the other is black. It is not my fresh water drain/overflow, those are behind the axles. These two in question are between the first two axles on the roadside of the RV. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Low point drains are at the front of the rig, fridge has no water plumbed to it.

The capped one is the water tank drain. The open one is the water tank vent. You have two fresh water tanks. These are for the second.

Hmmm. I don't know unless it needed a second low point drain for cold water for some reason.
Edit. I see someone answered. Thats cool having an h2o heater drain. You would think they would use red pipe though.

Karl,

If I have two fresh water tanks how does one fill the second one? I was only aware of one, towards the rear which have separate drain/vent than the ones pictured.

You have two tanks centered over your axles with separate drains and vents. The fill line hits a T fitting at the first one and fills both at once.

Gotcha. Sure would be nice if we had more developed manuals that covered these rigs in depth with what is what and where. But I suppose that would limit dependence on dealers for repairs. Thank you all!
