What did you do to your Hyperlite XLR today?

The other is your tank heater pads.

The fan is controlled by the switch on the fan. Why they didn't put a three switch in the bathroom to run the fan makes no sense to me.

I can barely reach the switch on the fan... this is why I installed Maxxair with remotes... love them. tank heater makes sense, if you got the extreme pkg

So I fixed the uneven HappiJac bed. It was fine until Camper's Inn fixed a bent arm by replacing one whole sofa. And put it on about an inch out of level (Two notches on the chain). I will recomend that if anyone needs to make this adjustment they have two helpers. I did it with one helper but we work well together (29 years... no divorce!).

Well worth the weight. We haven't actually used the bed above, just the benches. It's nice to fold down the party deck ramp and slide down the screen wall and have dinner out of the heat and bugs but still feel like your outdoors. I definitely recommend it for anyone debating it.

Question for you? Can you add it to the existing HappiJac bed? It's a clamp that the bracket screw into which holds the clamp on the chain. Then the arms of the couch attach to the bracket. I don't think there would be anything different in the chain track for dinette.

As I understand the happi system, the system for my single queen bed is the same for the full blown "pass-through dinette" with bed option; so I think it can be added for a phenomenal fee. The parts that attach to the chain are in my camper.

I upgraded the bed to 8" foam and have slept in in twice and family once and made a ladder for it so it can be used/ slept in with the Triumph inside.

The second switch in my bathroom is the fan. I did a little rewiring. Also the switch for fuel in kitchen I moved too and replaced with a 2 gang switch box and installed another 2 gang box in the rear toy box for the fuel and heat tank switch.

hand me those shades, man!

After wondering why I had still had mine-blinds ... Steve's blinds made me three. They hold the Reflectix in place better and are easier to manage and of course, look better. The only question is why I took me so long to change them out? ... maybe it was the $140... yep, that was it.

The shades are the same sand/beige color as the factory ones - which are of course over single pane - dark tint windows. If it is extremely hot or cold, and no reason to see out (??), you will find Reflectix in place. The shades are better than the bent white metal mini-blinds that don't really close and really don't block all the sun from entering. I wish I had the dual-pane, but you know what they say about wishing and what you put in each hand prior to slapping them together

My 29hfs garage came with and still have the cheap mini-blinds. The rest of the camper has the nicer folding shades. We don't have too many weekends where the garage is used as a living space, so changing out the mini-blinds has been low on my list of to-dos. (#1 now is PH's cut up table retro fits...)

The shade upgrade wasn't because to others were frayed ... more like they were not well made .... whether or not they should have stayed, weighed on me. But you make a good case for us adding more counter space; there certainly is none to waste.

Th only issued I've had was with the LED strip lights under the awning mounted in the track of the awning fabric. The plastic track that holds the lights has warped for whatever reason and in my opinion were to bright anyway. The location of them draws the bugs to the door also.

I purchased a 15' strip with a self adhesive backing from the internet and shipped to my house for $12. The rest of the materials I found in my trusty shop that the wife accuses of being full of junk.
These are not as bright and I moved the location out to the awning tube which should help the bug issues at the door. The only downside is they have to be plugged/unplugged at the tube after deployment and before retraction.

I found something else to do (surprise, surprise).

I bought a LCI window for "front" door and installed it. $30 plus shipping eBay. I used 3m 08509 automotive bedding / glazing which will not leak, but is messy.
