Ww, I will get with you later about the fo as m upgrade. Like you, I reinforced the edging on the aft bed. I used grey L brackets either short screws. Nice and tight, otherwise a
person's weight could pull the dectative edging down.

LJ, the bed fix was Steve's idea. I was tossing around an idea of expanding on the idea and going with a king size foam mattress back there??? Anyone done that yet?

I think you said "foam" .. Sure, PM me and I'll give you email and phone into, if you want those.

WW,I just have the aft mattress that came with it. It works fine for the younger folks but some older folks that have slept there said they were not a fan but I think it's better than sleeping outside on the ground.

What did you do to your Hyperlite XLR today?

And don't make it too comfy or they may stay too long 😧

Not at all, I just used Rustoleum. Didn't go crazy with a major bedliner. I wire brushed it, then primed & 2 coats. We'll see how it lasts. I'm debating if I want to bedliner the whole tongue. I also want to paint the Blue Ox WD brackets & bars black. I got the hammered finish for those.

Good point. I also have to paint the rest of the frame before it gets bad.
