WW,
Over my years of buying and selling things. I'm afraid I have never recouped the cost I put into something. Just the price of enjoying the "item" while I had it.
Hoping you can get close to $30k for all things you have done to your TH.

Thanks guys. I suspect a nice very original unit would be worth $23K. I paid a little over $27 for it. Of all the things I've done, many were not high priced. I'm thinking the wood working, but it does all add up. Solar was the biggest project and I think I could recover all that hardware costs of that; that has to be a great selling point; as well as the Inverter and monitors. That was done "right."

So I have $35K in it and I don't think that is all that bad. Losing that $7K wouldn't kill me, but is enough to make me want to keep it in north GA at that "resort" I mentioned, rather than lose $7K and all the blood, sweat and tears... plenty of sweat. If I list it for sale, I would ask $34K and see if I can get $30K. It has to be worth that.
WW

All the extras may help it sale faster , the thing to do is remove all you can and sell separate . recouping as much as you can there . that way it won't hurt so much when the sale happens for less then you think .

WW,
It never hurts to test the waters. If it does not sell for your price range, just keep it in North GA.

I've been busy I just picked up my unit Monday 2017 29hfs I installed a 12volt tv and plug in the bedroom and a 32 in the living room added a ladder holder in garage still need to add my sewer hose holder underneath the trailer and a second battery and my blue ox sway pro pics to come just been busy loading everything in it from the old camper and cleaning saw dust from everywhere. Was also wondering if you can use the speakers just for tv and not dvd mine came with two sets of aux cords one with red and white and one with red white and yellow? And I'm assuming the grey coax is so you can watch tv outside black is antana and white is second set and orange is cable
