Which cover would you buy?

Hi all.
I've got a 2013 27HFS XLR toy hauler with the extreme weather package and am researching the ADCO Designer covers. The 27HFS is technically a 30' trailer, but I believe that is from ramp to tongue. I think the ramp to front of the trailer is a little over 27'. ADCO makes 2 covers that fit the toy hauler models in the length that I need. "24'-1" to 28'", and the "28'-1" to 30'". My question is basically which size should I get from my 27HFS? Is the smaller cover going to give me problems from being too snug, and on the other hand, will the larger one be way too loose? Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Steve

We purchased the 28 - 30 for our 27hfs. Fits great.

Thanks guys. I went ahead and ordered the 28-30 toy hauler version. If there's too much play I can always tie it off. I was a little concerned about the smaller one fitting too tight.
thanks again.

Another quick tip I picked up here is the tennis balls for the rain gutter extensions. A small slit into a cheap tennis ball and slide it over the rain gutter end before putting the cover on will help to prevent holes in your new cover over the winter I picked up a bag of tennis balls at Walmart. 4 for the camper and the rest went to the puppy

Some say pool noodles from the Dollar Store work just as well but are cheaper.

No problem what so ever. I have Max air vent covers too.

It would be nice to have a cover that just covered the roof and a couple feet down the sides... Perhaps with tie downs to hold. It would do the job of saving the roof and avoiding leaks... But be MUCH easier to install!

Anyone seen a cover like this?

Actually the full sided adco covers go on pretty easy. It takes more time to tie it down than draping it over the trailer. The adco cover for my trailer is pretty lightweight. I found an easier way to tie it down using plastic clamps.

has anyone ordered the toy hauler ADCO aqua shed cover. I am getting mixed input on the 24 to 28 foot or the 28.1 to 30 foot. I am interested in the aqua shed model. the 28 to 30 seems like it would be too big. Is the 24 to 28 actually 28.6 like some have said. I called ADCO and they do not have the xlr 27hfs in their system. Some of you have the 28+ and RV Wholesalers said there will be 2 feet extra on each end. That seems like a lot of play and whipping around in the winter. More info would be greatly appreciated. I want to order the one that will fit the best.

Go to post #3 I posted the link to the one I use on my 27hfs. It fits perfectly with no problems what so ever.

Here it is again, works great with the sun and rain we get here in FL. I like it because it breaths and I have never gotten green algae on it or my camper. Like I said it is the perfect fit for the 27hfs.

i read your post but the problem with that one is that it has the white top and we are storing in the woods with lots of sap, trees, snow and blizzard conditions (north woods, wisconsin). The white top would turn black and probably look disgusting after the winter. The aqua shed has the grey top that I like better and also has the opening for the garage. I was looking for a response that the one you show and the toy hauler model are the same size and will fit the same. Another post shows a picture of the same cover on their XLR that you have in the 28 to 30 size and looks like it has lots of play in it. Once I buy it, they say I cannot return it once opened. I need to know I am purchasing the right one.

I understand. Order the aquashed in the same size I ordered, it fits perfect. The actual trailer on the 27hfs is under 28 ft the total length with the tongue is 30 foot.
