Hate to be a twit, but the converters does not have the LED blown fuse indicators, the distribution panel has them, including WF-8930/50 50 Amp Distribution Panel. BTW This panel can be used for either 30 or 50 amp services.

I know the flood switch is good because it powered the step light when it was hooked up incorrectly.
Now I am thinking a ground issue.
I need to go back to the RV and do some more process of elimination.

Tx, this is correct. On these WFCO panels, the circuit has to have a path to ground (like through a bulb) for the indicator to be lit. Turn a light off and pull that fuse, nothing; switch it on and pull the fuse it glows bright red. Its magic, I'm telling you
Grounding... I would think there are multiple ground points as well. ... like there are 6 bulbs. But, I'm only suggesting.
I would have to get out the step ladder and test from on of the floods... with a test light or multi-meter. Say, you did order the optional "bulb package" with your Thunderbolt, right?

If they are spoda be wired in line one to the other and a macadamia at the factory goofed the connection that would be an incomplete circuit, right

I do have the WFCO 8930 panel, it does have LED lights for blown fuses.
In addition, I switched the location from terminal #8 marked "floods" to a spare at terminal #13, switched wire and fuse, still nothing.
I will test a light as a process of elimination.
WolfWhistle, you may have a point, I might not have got the "bulb" option.

You must be joking? all the money you pay for a trailer and you have to buy the optional bulb package? I can see if you wanted to upgrade to LED but no bulbs at all, truly you must jest? FR has gotten that cheap?.....

I just scanned this thread so if someone already said this- sorry....
I think a "fuse blown" red light would only come on if fuse is blown or
removed while circuit is ON.
IE- you have a light on. You pull the fuse (or it blows), the red LED illuminates to
indicate a blown fuse.
You don't have a light on. You pull the fuse, nothing happens....
at least that's the way I think they work.
You need a load on the circuit in order to get the fuse LED to illuminate.
IF your flood lights have a miswired open circuit or hidden switch that is off, that
means no load on the circuit and the fuse LED would not work.

Update:
I fixed the issue.
What are the odds that all the flood light and step light bulbs are bad?
Well, 100%. Sadly, all the bulbs except the front door step light were bad.
I know there will be some "I told ya So's" but, because of the location of the lights (access)and the odds of all the bulbs being bad, that wasn't my first check. They were all either milky white or blue in color, one even had a hole in it. No blown fuses though. I put in new bulbs coated in dielectric grease so I'll see how they hold up.
I did figure out what switch works what light.
On my particular model, the "flood" switch on the main panel only operated the front curb side flood light. The "step" switch operates the step light above the front and rear doors.
The switches next to the radio in the garage operate the rear and ramp flood lights.
Guess I'm a "Happy Camper" now.

I won't say I told you so, but will show the first reply you got I am glad you got it and that you are humble enough to tell us what you found, I'm proud of you.
Sounds like someone wired them to 120vac... that's called flashcubes (remember those?)

OK so what about a wiring schematic. I realize that not every situation is simply a bad bulb. Why is it so painful to get the details of our build. Not everybody has a engineering degree in electronics and wouldn't necessarily understand it all but what about those of us that do?
It seems to me that the diagram should be included with the build and / or easily accessible via the web.... Hello it's 2015 and most modern platforms are pretty complex .....
