XLR 29hfs wheel bearing grease process

OK I tried to search many threads before posting this question. Can someone please tell me about greasing the wheel bearings?

I've done this before on other trailers but the center caps on these wheels has me a little puzzled. I've always left the wheels on and rotated them as I applied grease but can't figure out how to get the center caps off. Thanks in advance to all 29 HFS owners for helping out on this.

Saw this thread in the past. Something I'm planning on doing before I go to Sturgis for sure.

I use a plastic putty knife so as not to damage the "chrome" cap....Use the high temp bearing grease... I don't turn but do pump slowly.
