XLR 36 DSX 13 Tie Down Loops

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the site, and new to the travel deal. Originally bought it for my motorcycle adventures, but now have taken a new direction with my dog and field trial expeditions. I've taken on a couple of trips now, and I've noticed something concerning. The tie downs in the garage area. The loops are very soft metal. They spread when the straps are tightened. Recently I had a polaris in the back, and they had all spread, and a couple of them totally popped.
I was wondering how hard it is going to be for me to replace them with fully welded loops.
Has anyone else had this problem. The polaris was 1250 pounds and we had 6 straps on it. I was very lucky this time and I don't want to tempt fate.

Thanks,
Rick
