XLR Hyperlite 31FDK Front Deck TH info - Do you own one?

I have a 2016 XLR Hyperlite 31FDK that I just picked up in Utah. I didn't do as complete of a walkthru as I thought I did and now I am missing a couple items... do you own one and can you help?

There is a bank of 4 switches on the wall to the left of the stove. Two control lights but I am lost on what the other two do? I am thinking tank warmers but not sure and of course, the manual is lacking that detail.

Also, I don't see normal low point drain valves for emptying the fresh water tank like my last camper. I do see two drain hoses sticking out by the axle and they have caps on them (one red, one blue) with no valves. Is that all there is to draining the water? I want to make sure I am able to completely drain it.

On the 29hfs switch 2 are for color LED lighting 1 inside 1 outside under stairs and I light under cabinet and 1 to turn on fuel station

Drains are just a twist open close valve

The red and blue capped lines are your low point drains. You should still have another drain, either blue or black capped, for the FW tank drain.
