Trailer is moving from the factory to Ohio for PDI and Dealer added goodies. I am planning to start my trip down on May 7th to be at the dealer on the 9th for pickup. Very relieved to see it was built on schedule...hopefully with no defects as well

Hello everyone,
We have had the decal problem. I called about getting them replaced and they said it wasn't under warenty. IT's only the gold that is crinkled up.
I also was wondering if any on you have wheel chocks for the stability. I bought a pair but it didn't fit as the tires are to close. The ones I ordered says it works for a triple axle. I currently have a XLR toy hauler.

Well I am all the way over here in South Carolina. Have not seen another XLR in our neck of the woods.
I have had a couple of problems, but over all it has been a solid unit.
I would do it again. BTW did I tell you this thing has about 50 feet of overhang behind the third axle. Ask me how I know.

graphics problem

The only 2 complaints: one is with the graphics and the other with the noise from the brakes. The graphics are peeling after this short time, and peeling badly. After contacting FR, I was provided with a new set of graphics at no cost to me. However I will need to pay for the application of the new and the removal of the old, since the graphics vendor doesn't stand behind their product. The brakes have been addressed to the extent that different magnets have been installed, and now the 'problem' may be with me actually, expecting more from them than they were designed to provide. Inasmuch as this is my first TH, I'm still learning.
On the plus side of this purchase for me, has been the service rep at FR. If all service reps were like this guy... I'll just say he's been quite an ambassador to FR.
On the down side, I've been very disappointed with the really sloppy service work from my point of purchase: Camping World. I have found another service outlet.

Mike my name is Dwayne and I had bought a 2008 37 X 12 XLR and also have seen my graphics peeling off of the trailer, who did you talk to about getting new graphics stickers? I went to the FR websight and they offered no contact info. Any help would be great. thanks

Do you have a contact number for who you called about the decals. I can't seem to get mine replaced.

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions on the wheel chocks. We tried them out this weekend with the kingpin hitch and a dramatic change.
When we were picking up i was extending the jacks to load the camper in the truck and I burnt out the motor to the jack. Any suggestions on replacement jacks. The camper is about 17,000 lbs. We would like to get tougher jacks as apparently the ones that came with it couldn't take the pressure.
