We installed the chock last week and it worked beautifully! You can remove the chock, leaving the hardware attached in the floor. The carpet lays flat and you don't even know its there!

Thanks! He still has the mount info you sent me. How did he install? Our fresh water tank is under the garage, Jim says he will have to disconnect it, slide it back to install the plate.

We didn't have to move the water tank. It was three inserts that hold the screws for the chocks.

I forgot to post the info on the chocks we bought. It can be found on eTrailer.com and the part number is TWSPWC. It fits a 6 1/2" front tire and comes with inserts and screws. www.etrailer.com/wheel-chocks
