That's the truth!!! OK, so I have a couple of questions today! First, my sweetie has forbid me to hang anything on the walls, we do need a towel bar/rack of some kind in the bathroom, what did you use to hang things up? Second, we have a (dare I say it) RAM 2500 with a tow/haul button, my sweetie wants to know, if we should use it when we tow on the interstate (flat roads)? Someone told him it would use less gas if we didn't use it. We are new so we learn something new from the forum everyday!

I picked up a couple of towel hiders that hang over the door, and hung one inside the neo angle shower wall to hold wash cloths then hung the second one outside the shower wall next to the light switch to hold bath towels and hand towel. I did not attach them, so we just take them down during transport. I will take a pic for ya when I get back.

Have you decided on a chock for the bike yet? We have been looking at them, reading the post, but are still not sure which way to go!

He is still researching too. Looked at ones you don't have to attach, but heard bad things about that style.

Hi NotLookinBack! Here are some pics of that towel holder I use in our XLR. I never hung the accessories that came for the bathroom. Like the toilet paper holder...there just isn't a good spot to put it that makes using it very easy, so I just keep the TP under the sink, and use a little cup for the toothbrushes that fit perfectly in the medicine cabinet.

Gotta agree, no good place for TP holder. Wife went to Lowes and bought one of those stands you set on the floor. And we bought towel rods at the same time. We usually have at least one of our kids and their spouse plus a couple of grandkids with us, so need lots of towel space. Put 2 holders-one each side of the commode, and stuck one on the wall behind the door. he one behind door is tight, but I made it work. I used the screw into drywall anchors they have at Lowes, too. Only holding up towels- unless you ladies get too carried away with that electric slide thing I did monunt the washcloth holders- again Grandkids, but they like using liquid soap so no soap holder. Almost all of the snow gone here, hoping to do first trip early April. Wife also doesn't like anything on the counter, so she agreed to a paper towel holder mounted under the cabinet in corner of kitchen.

I found a tp holder that had a magazine rack, Harley magazines in there, fit between the shower glass and the toilet. Will use over the door hangers for towels, every time I say the word "hang" in Maxine, my sweetie just shakes his head!

We got slammed again last night with the snow...6 inches on top of the 9 we got a few days ago! Our first trip will be in May, for Memorial Day weekend.....so excited!

I meant to mention the comfy factor on that bed in the cargo. We had company and they slept on it over the weekend. He said it was not real comfortable and hurt to lay on his side. I am thinking about putting a foam topper on it. I put a 4 inch topper on the one in the bedroom, and it is amazing! Other than that, they were very cozy back there. They had the pass through dinette to use and sit at as well.

Have any of you XLR owners installed a TV in the bedroom yet? I am going to get a mount and TV and would love to know what you used. It doesn't look like a very large TV will fit.

There was one already mounted in the bedroom of our XLR, it's a 19", we are going to change it out to one with a DVD player, since there's not always cable. Sweetie is a all night TV watcher, so no cable, means Planet Earth DVD all night!

RVChick, thanks for the info on the back bunk! Ours had a air mattress that came with it, did yours?

The top bunk in ours isn't very good either. Just baby girl up there right now but going to get a topper for her this year just in case a adult or teen needs to sleep up there. Nolookin. we got a air mattress with ours but it is a L shaped one for the couch!
