XLR Viper middle axle floating

We have a 2012 XLR Viper 305V14 triple axle. Anybody had problems with the middle axle floating?? By this I mean the middle axle on curb side will shift and let the tires rub together.... I have checked all the bolts and u bolts on axles. Verified the center pin in springs is right. About ready to pull my hair out, or what's left of it anyways!!!!! Went thru 4 tires in 5 days on the curb side axles. Blew front one, middle cords broke, rear one swole up 1 1/2" tall than the others, then blew the spare on middle axle, which blew the wheel skirt off...... It has the dexter ez flex on it. Unit has 235/85/16 G rated Gladiator tires on it, which have been fine until now. No cracks at all, proper air pressure. Any ideas appreciated!!!!!

Have you been able to see any frame issues..... cracks and or broken frame components.
See other posts regarding frame problems.

Also, a 235/85 must be taller than stock? Yes, no?
