Fuel tank fell out

I have a 2009 26' shockwave and it is now in my driveway hanging on by the bracket on the back of the tank. There is no rust or anything. Wtf??!! Has anybody else had this issue ? This could have killed somebody !!!

Not impressed with forest river ..

Their quality assurance is terrible, at least the shockwave division is. I have had more problems in 2 years with my 2011 32SALX than I ever did with my old travel trailer (had it for 6 years) half its value and size. Biggest mistake I ever made.
