It may have been "noticed in the driveway" but I'd bet it sure didn't "happen in the driveway". Not unless there was something really jagged and nasty in the driveway that it ran over.
I'm betting that's road hazard damage and it probably doesn't matter what brand of tire...likely any tire would have been damaged by whatever was run over or hit.

I don’t recall if I ran over anything when I went to pick up the RZR (20miles round trip) 3weeks ago
I live in the Las Vegas area and the last few days it has been over 110 degrees so it happened sometime between Sunday and this Saturday morning, that side of the trailer gets the most sun

to me it looks like road damage like it pinched on the side of a curb or large rock.

I'm no expert...but that looks like tread separation to me!
In the first shot look at the strange wear on the tire above the hole in the tire...
Plus notice on the inside of the tire how the tread is actually pulled away from the inner air chamber!
In the second shot, look below the hole in the tire and notice how uneven the tread pattern is on the ground (most especially the left side of the tire)...it is not flat at all!
By the way, I think Gladiator tires are in the same class as the infamous 'TowMax' tires...AKA - 'BlowMax' tires!

It wasn’t flat full air pressure looked separated indeed
Rubbed my hands across the other tires and didn’t feel any uneven wearing
