This took me forever to figure out in our Stealth then a fellow forum member (AMG) sent me a pic of the catch system and how it works. It's pretty simple actually. On the rail you will see a black tab that looks like a sword. That needs to be pushed down to release the drawer. On mine, the right side (looking at the drawer from the front) had to be pushed down and the left side pushed up.
I've already deleted the picture but let me see if I can scrounge it up somewhere.

Thanks so much! Is the catch (keeps the drawer from opening) then located in the back or the drawer, or on one of the slides? That's what I'm trying to get at to replace.

Tnx in advance!
Are you asking about a catch that keeps a drawer from creeping out a little OR are you asking about a catch that prevents the drawer from sliding to the extreme open position and falling out on the floor?
I have this installed on my big drawer in my 2016 stealth wa2916. It would close, but with pots and pans, it didnt really "Click" tight and stay that way. I'd drive and it would constantly come out. This little extra click latch is awesome. Push it closed, CLICK, always snug, always good.
Just extra assurance and works great.
