28" to 32" TV in 2016 WA2916

I premeasured and checked tv specs. 32" S the largest I can go. You want to keep bezel as small as possible but most are the same.

It took just lowering the bracket 0.5" to be able to install. I'm pleased. Now the 28" will go in the bedroom up front.

Not a huge difference but a little. Besides unneeded a tv for the front room.

Is that where the TV was located in the first place ?, on my FQ2916 the TV is located on the drivers side wall just ahead of the rear bed and couch.

Yeah. I saw they moved it on the 2017's. I don't think either spot is ideal. However I'm not so sure I like the new spot more. Both spots wired up would be nice. If I had a cable and power outlet there I would put a tv there too.

I also detached the red/white rca cables for audio IN and attached them to a Y splitter (female RCA to 3.5mm mini stereo). I attached that to the headphone port on the TV. I then pulled the headunit out and removed the red/white audio out rca cables. I attached another Y splitter (female RCA to 3.5mm mini stereo). I then used a coupler and another short 3.5mm to 3.5mm with L elbow and plugged that in to the AUX(LineIn) port on the front.

Now when we watch stuff on the TV I can hear it through the speakers

I won't use the DVD player since it sucks and is not HD

I have an android stick I got on eBay (quad core) that is hdmi input to the tv. I then use my Dish HopperGo and my external HArd drive loaded with movies to watch stuff. So much better....

I replaced the Jenson with a Samsung 32" smart TV, couldn't go any bigger because of the cabinets above the TV mount. Added a TV with built in DVD player in the front bedroom.

But now I wonder why, we spend more time riding or sitting outside around a campfire.

I, too, ran a splitter from the headphone jack on my tv to the RCA port above my TV mount on the coach. But for a cleaner install at the receiver, I just moved the RCA cable from the audio output to the rear aux input. That way you don't have to run the second splitter and have it dangling out of the cabinet.

My coach is a 2016 SS1913. I can post pics if anyone is interested.

I have a 2916 I bought new without a TV in the living area. I would love to see photos of the mount and some measurements for placement. 32" TV would be awesome.

You probably have the 2017 or 2018 where it is in the wall area next to the beds? They changed it and the hookups are there. You'd need to do significant work to get one in both places or even move it to the 2016 location. Neither spot is IMHO ideal.

Do you have AC power , coax , and/or RCA audio/video hookups there?

I can quickly take my TV off and send you a pic of the mount. It isn't the typical kind at the electronics store as it has zero left to right movement and simply locks on and done. It works well. The company that makes them is in the LA area I believe...

Can you post the manufacturer name of the tv mounting bracket... Unable to find a bracket that will work. Want to mount in same location.
