2916 water leak

I have a 2016 stealth 2916 bought it brand new never had any kind of water leaks. Now after the little rain in the past couple days I went to open the front storage compartment and found a puddle of water inside the compartment now the flooring is squishy but not torn. I checked the roof and seals around the door and didn’t notice anything obvious. The leak seems to be coming in from behind the compartment door frame not through the storage door itself. I am guessing it’s gonna cost a lot of $ to replace the floor in that storage compartment. It’s just a small spot that is soft in the whole floor. Any advise or suggestions is appreciated. I will try and get pictures

Also, have you looked around the door frame? Mine wasn't caulked that well, and I ended up redoing some of it.
