Bunk beds motor not working temporarily

Has anyone experienced the beds not going up or down. I have a 2015 SA2515G and 2 days ago we were camping the beds worked fine. When we were packing up I went to lower the bottom bed where we store the table tops and it wouldn't even make a sound. So I kept packing other stuff, came back 30 mins later and it worked. Any ideas.

First I would do, if you have not already, is check the connections at the motor and the switch on the panel. Should also be a switch on the rail that shuts the motor down when it hits the bottom stops. Maybe if all good, just quick cleaning.

There is a switch on the back of the motor for manual operation. Might have gotten hit.
