Is your freezer working? I had issues due to poor ventilation and air circulation around the condenser. My freezer would work but the fridge struggled. Also, there is a possibility a nest of insects could be blocking the flu if it's been sitting outside for a long time. Make sure you have room for air to circulate inside the cabinet also. Mine had 2 glass type fuses on the control board which runs the electronics. The jet on the gas may also need cleaning. Man that bites to be having that issue when chillin.

I can't find any emails but she was a very nice lady out of their Indiana location. Next time I am at my trailer I will see if I have her info.

You need to get it into your dealer and let them trouble shoot it. If they can't get it fixed then take it up directly with Dometic.

Mine had a partial clog which cannot be fixed. Pretty much anything can be fixed other than a clog.

Call Dometic and talk to service about it. I had mine die once and they walked me through a process of checking fuses and disconnecting a circuit board to reset it. That time the controls we out of sync to tell the other half to work. So there are tricks that the manual doesn't say.

Thanks for the info. I took it to the dealer and they said nothing is wrong with it and is working fine on propane. I'm worried as our 2 year warranty is coming up and this may happen again next season out of warranty.

Zolin....I just had that situation. Was getting ready to head home from FL. and figured I would defrost the it before heading out. Fired it up on propane to check that side out. Fridge got cold the other half did not chill. Still troubleshooting. Could use some ideas also.

Wowzer. Is your fridge installed on a slideout and do you have a cooling fan located on the back side of the fridge?
