Seeing that I checked the other three jacks and they are held on by sheet metal screws and every jack had a lot of play in it. Only one had a decent bolt through it. I think either 1/2 or 7/16. So did they forget to bolt the other 3 jacks or after one fell off at the dealer or factory did the quick fix and bolt up the broken one. Idk about these things. You spend a ton of money on them and they sure seem to break easily.
You may want to modify your leveling process. I use blocks under wheels on the low side. Then I unhitch TT and use tongue jack to level front to rear. I lower the stab jacks until the first jack touches the first block, then add blocks under the remaining jacks and then lower stab jacks.
There is still no excuse for the shoddy assembly that you found. The dealer should have spotted the issue during DPI.
