Fuel Station tank size?

New owner of a 1913 here. Does anyone know the specs on the fuel tank? The dealer told me it was 40 gals total, with 10 gals reserved for the generator and 30 available to the nozzle. However, I put 20 gals in the other day and went from sitting on E to about 7/8th of a tank full on the gauge...

Check your manual. I have the wa2715 and that has a 40 gal fuel station. I don't believe there is a reserve tank on these units.

It is my understanding that the fuel dispenser can only drain up to a certain amount fuel leaving fuel for the generator.

Fuel Station tank size?

Owner of a 2013 WA2715--I thought that once.
I was told by my dealer, that I would have enough fuel in the fuel lines for 20 minutes of generator. This is after I emptied the fuel station into my Excursion.
I learned the hard way, it was more like 30 seconds of generator. Now I always keep 10 or so out of the 40 gallons in my fuel tank, always. You just never know.

Stay dray, stay warm. Why use a tent?
