Had the 2016 2313 Stealth out for 2 trips already. Was out cleaning the rig from the last trip today. Started the Generator to use my Vacuum cleaner and also break in the generator by putting a load on it. After using the Vacuum cleaner i turned on the air conditioner. It ran for about a minute. Then it lugged down the generator to the point where it caused it to shut off. I tried it 2 more times and the generator did the same thing? Anyone one have any ideas what could be causing the problem? I had the trailer out the week before and had the air conditioner running for an hour with no problems? Any help would be great.

Not the same trailer.. But my parents have a Sunseeker with 4k onan. Theirs will trip quite easily when using the A/C and a few other items, esp the micro. Could just be too much for the trailer to be using all at once. Was the converter on as well to charge up things? They can draw some juice when they are up and charging.

AC is about 13A running ( higher on compressor start) and most full size household vacs are 10-12A. 25A for these tow alone. Then you have the converter and a few small things. so you could be close. Remember when the generator lugs the voltage drops and the appliances draw more current which could trip the generator protection circuitry.

Yeah I don't think generator strong enough to do both. At no time were both running at the same time and like.

If you have the electric hot water heater switch on too, that is a lot of amps. And yes, I ran in to this on my old coach that when the converter detected low DC power from the batteries and switched that on to charge them, that like 13A for that, plus the A/C, plus the Elec. hot water, was too much.

Otherwise, if that isn't your problem, of course look to taking it in to the dealer then, that's why you have the warranty.
