I haven't posted in a while, I have a update I thought I would share. I had a 2003 F250 that pulled it okay for two years. In September I purchased a 2012 F350 DRW, I can't wait to take the RG3210 out next month.

The camper is still going strong and still loving it. Right now my mother-in-law is living in it till the end of January. I'm lucky I have a big drive way and the trailer is outside my house. It makes a great guest home.

I have pulled mine with my Ram 2500 (3/4 ton, diesel) hundreds of miles. I added the Super Springs to my rear axle to help with the pin weight. I have had zero problems!

Cracks in frame

Just replaced brakes on lx3112 and noticed when pulling off wheels rusty looking cracks on the frame I beam between the wheels in front of and behind the wheels. It is the same on both sides. Called son in law who builds trailers and he looked at it and determined the cracks occurred where angle iron spanned between I beams and cracked from the frame torquing when turning. I have always been super aware of not making tight u turns an in general babying it when towing. Called forest and have been very pleased with their response so far. Have an appointment on Tuesday to get things going. I am constantly checking tire pressure and lubing bearings and can't believe I didn't see these cracks. I suggest everyone out there take peek. In my case these cracks go all the way through the I beam. Will keep you All updated on this issue.

Inadequate welding

Hello everyone,

I thought I would post a couple of pics of a bad weld on one of the beams supporting the fresh water tank. I first noticed this when I heard a loud bang while filling up the fresh water tank. If you look closely at the weld, it looks as if only a spot weld was performed, and during assembly they forgot to go back and complete the weld.

I ended up fixing this issue myself, by drilling two holes through the support plate/frame and fastening with 1/2" bolts.

On my rv the supports are totally not heavy enough to support the 100 gallons that the tanks hold. Both supporting angle irons have big bows as a result of going down the road with at most 50 gallons of water. In a few weeks I will replace with angle iron with appropriate wall thickness. Amazing that you can have an engineered frame and be so far from being heavy enough to use the trailer as you would normally

I did that to a Tahoe transport by over filling my tanks when I pulled the house out water came out for about 2 min. The steele stayed bowed.

We've made two trips to our favorite camp ground (round trip is 216 miles) towing with new truck.

My 2003 F250 did okay, but I have to admit new truck towed so much easier. I like the B&W hitch, it's easier to work with then my last hitch.

We do 3- 2 wheelers with the front wheels by the glass door and a quad sideways behind. Check this out, best system I found for bikes etc.

I have two sportsman xp's and I cannot load them in side by side , they are too wide. They have to go in sideways in order to fit. As you know these bikes are pretty heavy 700+lbs, so I had to buy a wide floorjack with a rotating platform in order to rotate the bikes sideways when elevated. The process takes me about a half hour to load the two bikes. It's a pain, but thats the only way they will fit.

When the RG3210 was brand new at the LA RV show Oct 2010 they were asking 32K. I did notice the last two years it's gone up a lot.

Does anyone know why Forest River discontinued the RG3210?

At the LA RV Show in OCT 13 I noticed they didn't have a RG3210. I talked to the general manager of Stealth. He said they are making some changes, he didn't go into detail. So I guess stand by to be amazed.

I also just found out early 2011 they stopped building them in Riverside. That might explian some of the issues I had with mine. All bugs worked out now but for a while it a trial.
