A positive circuit breaker is simply a over current protection device which can be a fuse, installed to protect a branch circuit lead from the positive battery terminal. The name is misleading because the negative side of the circuits nearly always lead to ground and battery negative terminal. It's not typical to add a circuit breaker or fuse in these leads.
