Thanks a ton. Dealer keeps saying its a fuse but I can't find any blown fuses????

Could be a bad breaker. They do get weak over time considering the location.

Sure enough it was the positive circuit breaker...ugh... Took forever to get that thing off only to find out there was a reset! Oh well live and learn! Thanks for the help!

A positive circuit breaker is simply a over current protection device which can be a fuse, installed to protect a branch circuit lead from the positive battery terminal. The name is misleading because the negative side of the circuits nearly always lead to ground and battery negative terminal. It's not typical to add a circuit breaker or fuse in these leads.
