Stealth 2715 Fuel Capacity?

My original sales info states the fuel capacity is 40 gallons but I can't seem to get more than 30 gallons in before it's full. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I don't have the same exact model, however I believe my WA2916 is supposed to have a 36gal fuel tank. I know for a fact my fuel tank is next to empty because I pumped it all into 5gal cans quite a few months back. I will most likely be swinging it by the gas station and topping her off in the next couple days and will keep you posted as to how much I can pump in...

Per their site:
"40 Gal Fuel Station Road Side"
I'll be interested to see what others chime in with. I ran my generator for 2 hour so far, with only the fuel that someone put in there when I picked it up. I plan to fill it up later on and I'll see too.

I had a 36 gal tank on my F-150 but I could run it 10 miles beyond the "0 miles left" in the display and only get 32.5 gallons in it. Ford told me (I called customer service and opened a ticket for their engineers) it was due to the baffling inside to limit sloshing, etc. so you never get the full size.
That pissed me off. It should have been a 33gallon tank then.

My last two TH's had 40 gallon tanks including our new WA2916. I personally have never put in more then about 30 bucks worth. We go to the desert and ride and have enough to fill toys and run the generator plenty. One trip last year was so hot and windy that we literally ran generator all night. Didn't use much gas at all to be honest.
