2002 American 5th Whl Toy Hauler Manual

We're considering buying a 2002 5th Whl toy hauler but would like to have a manual if we buy it. At the least we would like to take a look at the specs such as the fridge size, tank specs, and which switch belongs to what light, etc. Thanks for any and all help.

Doubt you find anything .
You'll probably do better with some Google searches.
Manuals now and then are very basic.
I don't even think American is made anymore.

There was only a basic manual provided, with nothing specific for your model.
Only covered basic systems for all RVs.

Switches on wall - what are they?

Thanks. We have a Forest River Sierra TT manual but there were a couple of things I saw on the 5th Whl that no one could explain. Maybe I should just ask here -
When entering the front door of the 5rh whl, immediately on your left side (under the sink counter) there are 2 red switches. The owner didn't know what they were for and when I turned them on/off I couldn't see where they went to.
Anyone have an idea what these switches are for?
P.S. This is what I feel like after hours of searching

Not Water Heater (that is near the sink)
Water pumps possibly since I didn't see that near the tank/water level.
Tank heaters?

It's possible that it has extreme weather package, heated waste and fw tanks some had heated drain pipes.

Since we live in FL I don't know about extreme weather packages. Thanks for the info, I'll ask the owner.
