broken slide out shear pin

I was camping last month and when I was packing up to come home one of my slides started coming in at an angle. I had to push it in from out side while my wife was inside pushing the retract button. I think one of my shear pins broke. My slides are hydraulic and I have a sealed under belly in my fifth wheel. Dose anyone have an easy way of getting at the slide shear pin. I am thinking of cutting a big enough hole to get access to the pin. Any help/input would be welcomed.
Thanks Scott

If the slides are hydraulic, there will not be a shear pin, no need for one. Since you didn't post year, make, model of the camper, will be hard to help, or even tell what slides you have.

Sorry it is a 2005 all american sport 38RLDS two slides in the main living area. Each slide has one hydraulic ram and the other tracking arm has teeth running under it would that be a gear drive on that side?
