Crisp morning on the Michignan/Canadian boder.
34 degrees and a beautiful sunrise. We have such great state parks here in SE lower Michigan. Just a quick look across the river. We are actually north of Canada here.

Ontario hooks under the east coast of Michigan north of Detroit. This picture was taken on the St. Clair river which connects Lake St. Clair and Lake Huron. The other side of the river is Canada.

Well, I am still snowshoeing here in Maine, so it looks pretty nice there, 34 and all!

Algonac is a really nice park. We had a lot of campers in the Brighton State park as well this weekend.

And the best part is the farther north you go the nicer the Michigan State Parks are,,, 40 here in the SW part of the State this morning !!!
