For the record......the Fresh Water Tank Drain has a large "sill key"-tyope pastic ball valve open/shut counter clockwise open, clockwise shut, but the dang thing is all the way under the middle of the bottom of the 2016 261BHXL, right at the low center of the Fresh Water Tank. I made this 4&1/2 foot pvc tool and now it can be accessed from the side of the camper, gently and effectively. (one 4 ft length of pvc pipe, a "T" connection on both ends, then used ny Dremel to cut a trough for the cock valve, and use the other "T" end to gently turn for operation. I wish it were easier to post photos, here.
