2012 Crusader 355BHQ

We bought this unit Aug.2011, thinking that we were getting a "better quality" than the Outbacks previously owned. We liked our Outbacks a lot, but liked the floor plan of the Crusader better, with the extra room at the back. We were told that we were "moving up" with this unit, and the price was higher than the Outbacks as well. Unfortunately, many different problems have come up, some solvable, others design flaws (!)
When we took a 2 week trip around the Gaspé Peninsula...our trip was interupted with major difficulties.
We lost important equipment when the storage doors that were closed and locked, opened while traveling. The catches were not well adjusted.....no refund for the tables and chairs that were ruined or lost. (proof was shown of major damage to the articles) We lost all electrical connections to the back lights (braking, turn signals, running lights,) and one slide out would hardly function to close. It was found that the wires passed in a bad area that when the slide-out was opened and closed, they were slicing the wires. We spent a whole day at a dealer during our trip, and he didn't find the problem but we paid for the time spent. (Not re-reimbursed either, despite having the go-ahead from the dealer where we bought the unit!)
We emptied the tanks and started the turbo wash, the unit was soon filled with water, as a pipe had not been well sealed.
The pipe that empties the black tanks have a design flaw in that it "holds" waste in it and drips constantly, so we had to add an extra stopper in order to stop the constant drip and odor.
When we flush the 2nd toilet, the smell that floats around the trailer is just awful, despite frequent emptying and products used...as if the vent isn't attached properly.
As you can see, we have had a few problems that really affect our appreciation of the unit...and make us wonder why we ever changed companies. Does anyone have any suggestions for us as to how to get some help in this?

Sorry about all that you are dealing with. I can see why you are questioning your investment at this point. I'm curious - Were there any signs of the issues back in 2011 or did they show up later?

Most of the issues showed up during our first trip in 2012. Since we purchased the unit at the end of the camping season in 2011, we didn't get the chance to discover the problems.
